“ What I love is this business takes qualities of a restaurant that would usually be a three star or lower and make it work as a broad vibe; it works! The french fries are a MUST HAVE, though I think the seasoning could be lighter, overall they are an awesome crisp along with their homemade ranch. Burgers, sandwiches, and other items are priced low enough at a great quality that you'll leave full under ten dollars. ”

“ First off, The Cavalier is CASH ONLY. They have an atm on site but save yourself a transaction fee and come prepared. When you want a good burger and fries there is no substitute for the Cav. They don’t have to jazz up their burger with a bunch of wild topping combinations, instead keeping it simple and still delivering great flavor. The humble LTM is all you need. I’ve had most of the sides, which are good, but the fries are on another level. Wedges are usually mostly a miss for me but these are cooked to perfection. Ranch and seasoning is a must! ”
